The current condition of the Ummah causes me great sadness, centuries ago Muslims dominated every area and field of science, it was the Muslims who pulled Europe out of the ‘Dark Ages’! The Islamic contribution to the European Renaissance was epic. Our empires were the most sophisticated and civilised of all time. Look at us now… Look at the state of the Ummah, every islamic country is in ruins, ruled by oppressive leaders who are ruled by the west, looking to secularise their countries by obliterating Islam, not even realising that Islam is the ONLY system in the world that achieves both secularism and religious morality at the same time. On the other hand we see Muslims, our very own brothers and sisters telling us it’s haram for women to get and education and to go to university when the first university ever was founded by a MUSLIM WOMAN Fatima Al-Fihri, may Allah swt be pleased with her. May Allah swt help the Ummah through the dark times, may Allah swt help the Ummah get back on it’s feet, may Allah swt sped up the coming of the Khalifah and allow us to live to see better says, Ameen.
Someone asked me today how I know that Islam is the true religion of God. I looked at him and said, ”Simple, just read the Qur’an.”
He started laughing and said I could not be serious.
